Since its beginning in 1994, Lei Shing Hong Machinery strictly follows government regulations, and actively fulfills its social responsibilities and protects the vital interests of employees. Except offering with the statutory salary and benefits, LSHM also provides addtional welfare for its employees, such as more paid annual leave, commercial health insurances, employee's minor children health insurance so on so forth. In our business operations LSHM has been privileged to be called upon to assist in disaster relief and general community welfare improvement efforts. Such events included:

— Participated in combating the Yangtze River flood (1998)

— Granted education funds to needy children in Nanjing (2004)

— Donated power generator system to Kunshan Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital (2004)

— Donated a set of CAT power generator system to Kunshan Zhoushi People’s Hospital (2007)

— Participated in and donated towards the Sichuan earthquake relief efforts (2008)

— Mobilized 18 CAT machines to relieve the heavy snow situation in Anhui, Jiangsu, Hubei and Zhejiang (2009)

— Donated RMB 30,000 to poverty-stricken families in Kunshan (2009)

— Raised ￥ 121,792 to rally for assistance to the quake-hit Yushu area and its ill-fated residents (2010)

— Raised ￥ 125,426 to rally for assistance to the quake-hit Ya’an area and its ill-fated residents (2013)
