Lei Shing Hong Machinery (LSHM) was founded in October 1994 and became the first dealer in mainland China for CAT — the worldwide leader for construction machinery and engines.

LSHM is a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Lei Shing Hong Ltd., (LSH), a diversified group primarily engaged in distribution of automobiles, and construction machine and engines, as well as real estate development, financial services and international trading. LSHM is also the sole dealer of Caterpillar in Taiwan, doing business as Capital Machinery Ltd.,

Headquartered in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, LSHM provides a complete product distribution network and a comprehensive product support through an extensive network covering Shanghai district, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Anhui and Hubei provinces.

After 25 years of growth, LSHM has built up a dedicated workforce more than 2000 employees with broad and diverse expertise in construction machine, engine and power systems delivering annual turnover exceeding US$1200 million.
